Samuel Fraser Windmill (born June 3, 1995) is an artist, musician, author and film maker currently living in Coralville, Iowa. A songwriter in some form or another since he was a toddler, and an artist of all kinds for just as long, his musical career began for all intents and purposes when in late 2010, at age 15, he met Detrell Smith (later of Other Band) and formed The Tea Party Fascists.
